Supervision
DASH by Relay - Supervision of Assistants
Services delivered by assistants requiring supervision sign off will need to be reviewed by the supervising provider.
Supervising providers must be linked to the assistants for records to be reviewed. If you cannot see logs from an assistant your District Medicaid administrators can link staff as needed.
Providers may use the notification bell located in the top right corner of the page or the menu in the top left corner to access approvals.
- Click on the 3 parallel lines in the top left corner.
- Click on Approvals.
- Select the provider or providers you wish to review. Place a checkmark in the box at to the left of the name. Use the box in the title bar to select all.
4. Click “Review Logs to Approve” button. Services will now be displayed to you.
- Review the entries. If you wish to see the complete comment, click on the chat bubble next to the comment. A pop-up window will appear.
- Approve or Reject entries. Select the entries by placing a checkmark in the box to the left. Use the action buttons at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
NOTE: If you choose to reject the service, place a note in the comments box as to why. That note will appear to the assistant that delivered the service. That assistant provider will now be able to edit the entry accordingly. Once edited it will be returned to the supervising provider for review.
