DASH by Relay - Caseload Tags – Student Grouping
Creating caseload tags allows providers to group students in multiple ways for documentation or review. Suggestions:
- Specific Groups – Example: Mon 9AM Social Skills
- By Day – Example: Tuesday
- By Specific need – Example: Students with feeding plans
Caseload tags allow providers to document group services by quickly selecting the group.
To place group appointments on the schedule, providers must create and use caseload tags.
- Select students from My Caseload or All students by placing a checkmark in the box to the left.
- Click “Edit Tags”.

A pop will appear. Your selected students will be listed at the top.
- Click “New Tag”.

A new pop-up will appear.
- Create a tag name. Choose a color if you wish.
- Click Create Tag.

Managing Caseload Tags
Caseload tags may be renamed or hidden from view if desired.
- Click on the Caseload Tags tile at the top of the page.

- Click Manage Tags. This will open a new pop up. Your list of tags will appear.

- Edit or remove from view.
- By clicking on the edit icon to the left, you can edit the name or color of the tag, remove students and potentially delete the tag.
- By clicking on the eye to the right, you can remove the tag from view on all pages.
- Note: Tags associated with logged calendar appointments cannot be deleted at this time. Hide them from view by clicking on the eye.
- Click Save to complete the process


Clicking on the Caseload Tags tile will display your tags. You can then click on the tag to start service documentation.
