Multi Student Same Day Documentation
DASH by Relay - Logging Multi Student Same Day Service
Students may be grouped for same day service documentation. This will entry method will require providers to enter each service individually. Providers may use the following paths to document a group service.
- Manually selecting multiple students
- Using the Caseload Tag functionality
OPTION 1: Manual Selection
Select students from the My Caseload or All Students tab of the portal by placing a checkmark in the box to the left of the student’s name.
Action buttons will activate. Click the blue button, “Log X Services”. This will prepare you to enter separate services for each student.
OPTION 2: From Caseload Tag Tile
Click on the Caseload Tags Tile.
Select your group from the list of Caseload Tags.
The selected group will appear with an action button. “Log X Services” will be visible. Selecting this will start the process of logging by individual students.
Log the Services
Separately complete each page for all students listed across the top of the logging page. Click on the student’s name to switch from student to student.
As you complete the form for each student the submit log button will activate.
The system will move you onto the next student in alphabetical order as you complete your entries.
To remove a student from the selection, click on the three dots next to the student’s name.
A pop up will appear allowing you to remove the student from the selection.
