No Proc No Therapy Sessions: Documenting non-billable activities

In this video and help article you will see how to document a missed session or student absence. To do so, you will use the service code "No Proc No Therapy."

• Note: This service code may be used for documenting any services that are not billable. Examples may include IEP meetings, missed services, conferences, observations, consultations, student absences, provider absences, etc.

When documenting a non-billable service, it is required to select an option from the Areas Covered / Assessed menu. To access the menu, follow these steps:

1. Click the + icon to access the menu.

2. Click to mark the box beside your selection option from the menu. Click on the log to continue.

3. You should now see your selected option.
