DASH by Relay - Medicaid Eligible Students
When a student has a Medicaid ID number, which means their services are more likely to be eligible for Medicaid reimbursement at any given point throughout the year, they will appear in the Dash by Relay service portal with an icon that looks like a heart in a hand.
The symbol will appear to the right of the student information when viewing My Caseload.
You can filter your caseload to view only students with a Medicaid ID by clicking the three dots next to the Medicaid column header. A dropdown menu will appear. Click "Yes."
Notice your caseload will shift to only display students with the Medicaid ID icon.
There are several ways to clear the filter and view all students on your caseload. Options include:
- Click the X next to the "Yes" in the menu bar.
- Click "Clear All" in the menu bar.
- Click the three dots next to the Medicaid column header. A dropdown menu will appear. Click "No Preference."
