Medicaid Eligible
DASH by Relay - Medicaid Eligible Students
When a student has a Medicaid ID number, which means their services are more likely to be eligible for Medicaid reimbursement at any given point throughout the year, they will appear in the Dash by Relay service portal with the phrase "Medicaid Eligible: Yes."
The phrase will appear to the right of the student information when viewing My Caseload.
Filtered view: It is an option to filter your caseload to view only students with a Medicaid ID by clicking the three dots next to the Medicaid column header. A dropdown menu will appear. Click "Yes."
Notice your caseload will shift to only display students with the phrase "Medicaid Eligible: Yes."
Clear filtered view: There are several ways to clear the filter and view all students on your caseload. Options include:
- Click the X next to the "Yes" in the menu bar.
- Click "Reset Filters" in the menu bar.
- Click the three dots next to the Medicaid column header. A dropdown menu will appear. Click "No Preference."
ARCHIVE OF CHANGES FOR YOUR REFERENCE:
Prior to March 2026, a child with a Medicaid ID was indicated in the service portal with an icon that looked like a heart in a hand. This icon has been phased out and replaced with the phrase "Medicaid Eligible: Yes." The symbol previously appeared to the right of the student information when viewing My Caseload.
